Role: Digital Measurement & Analytics

In this role, you will be a key part of the Digital Measurement & Analytics team, applying advanced analytics to drive segmentation, KPIs, models, and strategic insights to solve business challenges. You will work closely with digital product teams, marketing, servicing, technology, and field teams to design measurement frameworks, conduct behavioral deep dives, enable experimentation (A/B testing), define product strategy, and maintain performance dashboards.

This role requires an analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data insights into compelling business stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver strategic priorities for GCS Digital Experiences.
Define KPIs to measure digital product efficiency and develop customer segmentation to drive adoption and engagement.
Conduct strategic analysis by leveraging digital activity data and AXP closed-loop data.
Gain deep functional understanding of GCS digital channels and ensure analytical insights are actionable.
Execute statistical projects and develop automated reports.
Evaluate the impact of business strategies and generate insights to drive growth.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Field, Servicing, and Marketing teams to prioritize initiatives.
Develop automated dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics Suite or Tableau.
Stay updated on advanced analytical methods and tools to enhance analytical practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of relevant analytics experience.
Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with partners and teams to define business objectives.
Proficiency in Hive, Python, PySpark, SQL for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Results-driven with strong project management skills.
Passion for data science and machine learning, with a track record of optimizing business processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Self-starter with a strong ability to drive results.
Basic understanding of Agile product development.
Experience in the digital domain is preferred.
