???? About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Billing & Cost Management Analyst to support AWS Utility Computing (UC) products. This role involves troubleshooting AWS Billing and Cost Management issues, working with large datasets, and driving process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

???? Key Responsibilities

✔ Data Analysis & Insights

Work with large datasets, analyze trends, and provide practical insights.
Develop Quicksight dashboards for data analysis.
Write and edit SQL queries for reporting and automation.

✔ Customer Issue Resolution & Process Improvement

Troubleshoot AWS Billing & Cost Management customer issues.
Identify customer friction points and propose solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve product experience.

✔ Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with SDMs, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to enhance AWS services.
Conduct monthly meetings with tech teams to advocate for product improvements.

✔ Strategic Initiatives & Automation

Implement long-term scalable solutions while delivering short-term fixes.
Drive automation and process optimization for better efficiency.

???? Qualifications & Skills

✅ Experience:

3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
Experience working with stakeholders across internal & external teams.
Knowledge of continuous improvement processes.
Experience in Quicksight dashboard creation and data analysis.

✅ Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of SQL query writing and editing.
Ability to understand the end-to-end working of AWS products, systems, and processes.

✅ Soft Skills:

Excellent communication & presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
Ability to work independently within a larger organization and mentor contributors.
