Role & Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for handling operational finance functions in North America, including Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Reporting.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile & correct daily transmission errors from bank files to the AR module and process check images.
Apply cash payments from methods like ACH, Wire Transfers, Credit Cards, etc.
Reconcile & correct AR invoices from legacy systems and Order Management to AR module.
Enter manual invoices into the AR system.
Resolve invoice issues with North America Credit & Collections teams.
Prepare and analyze reports for financial tracking.
Daily bank statement reconciliation and matching of cash receipts in the AR module.
Maintain customer accounts as per instructions from North America Credit & Collections.
Coordinate with North America Credit & Collections teams for account settlements.
Support monthly closing activities for financial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Work Experience: 1-4 years in Finance or Accounting.
✔ Education: Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
✔ Industry Experience: Preferably from the BPO industry.
✔ Functional Knowledge: Understanding of financial processes and related functions.
✔ Technical Knowledge: Experience with integrated financial software/systems.
✔ Language Requirement: Fluent English (verbal & written).
