Role Overview

The Client Service Associate is responsible for producing and delivering investment performance reports, working with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure outstanding client experiences in servicing alternative investment products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment performance reports and presentations for clients, ensuring compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).

  • Handle and respond to client queries regarding investment reports efficiently and professionally.

  • Collaborate with accounting teams and third-party fund administrators to track and execute investor reporting obligations.

  • Support the completion of due diligence and client questionnaires by gathering requirements from internal teams.

  • Contribute to the design and quality control of new reporting templates.

  • Perform data validations and resolve discrepancies to ensure report accuracy.

  • Understand firm-wide data flows and their impact on client reporting.

  • Develop knowledge of traditional and alternative investment products for reporting accuracy.

  • Assist with data consolidation for timely report generation.


Qualifications

Education

  • Preferred: University Degree

Work Experience

  • No experience required (Ideal for entry-level/fresh graduates)
