Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Processing of Financial Transactions

???? Ensure accurate and timely execution of:

  • Outward clearing under CTS
  • Transfer transactions and NEFT Processing
  • MIS, Queries & Vendor Billing
  • CASA form processing and Logistics requests
  • Re-dispatching Debit/Credit Cards, Cheque Books & FINODC processing
  • Duplicate Statement Generation and related activities

???? Process financial transactions in compliance with RBI guidelines.
???? Manage Insta Kit activities as per the laid-down process.
???? Handle ATM-related operations efficiently.
???? Maintain and update all registers, trackers, and MIS reports daily.

2. Business & Customer Service Excellence

???? Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
???? Improve overall customer experience through TAT (Turnaround Time) enhancements.
???? Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service to internal and external clients.

3. Process Optimization & Risk Management

???? Identify and implement process improvements through automation, STP, and digitization.
???? Maintain zero pendency in record/document archival.
???? Ensure compliance with:

  • BCSBI, Compensation Policy, and Cheque Collection Policy
  • Group Money Laundering Prevention and CDD Policies
  • Bank's Conduct Principles and risk management frameworks

???? Adhere to a “No Surprise” culture, ensuring zero audit failures and a satisfactory audit rating.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management

???? Cross-train in at least two different process elements and product areas.
???? Actively support business transformation and process enhancement initiatives.
???? Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and proactively identify challenges and opportunities.
