Job Description

???? Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate financial transactions to detect potential suspicious activity.
Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, verifying customer identity and understanding financial relationships.
Analyze and implement client policies related to financial compliance.
Identify red flags for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, and sanctions violations, escalating cases as necessary.
Prepare written reports and summaries detailing findings, recommendations, and conclusions.
Work closely with AMLRS and client quality control teams to review and improve reports.
Meet production and quality requirements within set deadlines.
Assist in training and mentoring peers when required.
Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations concerning AML/BSA.

Candidate Profile

✔ Education: Bachelor's Degree
✔ Experience: 1.5+ years in AML/BSA, Fraud, or Compliance
✔ Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
