Role Summary:

This role involves collecting, processing, assessing, and analyzing in-service data from airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and suppliers. You will provide recommendations to improve performance at both the fleet and individual operator levels, and evaluate the effectiveness of these recommendations. The role also supports Aircraft and Services Sales activities by providing in-service data, reference data, dashboards, and reports.


Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis:

    • Collect, process, and analyze in-service data from airlines, MROs, and suppliers.

    • Provide recommendations for fleet and operator-level performance improvements.

    • Assess the effectiveness of the recommendations provided.

  • Support for Sales & Reporting:

    • Provide in-service data, reference data, dashboards, and reports to support Aircraft and Services Sales activities.

  • Compliance Awareness:

    • Maintain awareness of potential compliance risks and act with integrity, ensuring that the company’s success and reputation are upheld.
