Job Title: Advertising Account Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Other locations available: Mumbai, Maharashtra; Gurugram, Haryana)
Job Type: Full-time

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in business, advertising, or marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
Experience in assessing and achieving client success using business techniques such as effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged promoting.
Experience working with channel business, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, with a focus on achieving goals and driving growth.
Ability to build narratives and use storytelling for client engagement.

Your primary responsibility will be to use your relationship-building skills to provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis. You’ll anticipate decision-making processes, explore and uncover client business needs, and understand how Google’s product offerings can grow their business. You'll work with clients to set the vision and strategy for how their advertising can reach a broad audience.

In this role, you will:

Understand clients' business goals and improve campaign performance.
Drive adoption of Google products and build strategies to meet both business and marketing objectives.
Use your influencing skills to promote Google solutions, manage partnerships, and analyze business outcomes.
Help clients achieve their objectives while driving incremental business agreements through Google’s leading advertising solutions.

Responsibilities:

Achieve quarterly business and product growth goals.
Own a portfolio of medium and large-size businesses, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and developing multi-quarter plans to achieve business objectives.
Consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
Drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding business experience and achieving customer business and marketing goals.
Manage stakeholder relationships and build lasting connections with customers or agencies.
