Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Bengaluru, India (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹7.2 – ₹7.5 LPA

Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is an on-site opportunity where you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design engaging, intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. If you're passionate about creating meaningful user journeys and have a keen eye for aesthetics and usability, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insights.
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect mockups.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth design hand-offs and implementation.
Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation for consistency across products.
Plan and execute usability tests to validate and refine designs.
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate user experiences.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing design thinking, user flows, wireframes, and final visual designs.
Solid understanding of usability principles, user-centered design methodologies, and responsive design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms with knowledge of accessibility standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
