Role Overview:

As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in retail stores by ensuring that products are effectively presented to attract customers and drive sales. Your responsibility includes optimizing product displays, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Principal Responsibilities:

Product Display & Arrangement: Organize and present products in an attractive and structured manner to boost sales.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock as needed, and prevent overstock situations.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
Sales & Performance Tracking: Track sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer feedback to measure merchandising effectiveness.
Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Plus Two, Diploma, or any course related to Marketing or Business
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam
