✅ Team Leadership – Lead and manage a team in an International BPO (US Voice Process).
✅ Performance Monitoring – Track and analyze team performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
✅ Communication & Strategy – Provide clear instructions, resolve team concerns, and implement strategies to boost efficiency.
✅ Training & Development – Guide and mentor team members to enhance customer interactions and sales conversions.
✅ Process Management – Ensure smooth operations in Sales, Retentions, Collections, and Customer Service.
???? Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in an International BPO (US Voice Process).
???? Industry Knowledge: Must have experience in Sales, Retentions, Collections, or Customer Service (Only US Voice Process).
???? Education: HSC / Graduate.
???? Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
???? Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
???? Work Gap: No recent gap exceeding 4-5 months.
???? Language: Fluent English (Required).
