We are seeking a Bengali-speaking Travel Consultant with 2 to 4 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PNR creation (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre), knowledgeable about various fare types (VFR, ITX), and familiar with airline & city codes. This role requires working under pressure and delivering within set timelines.
✅ Create PNRs using Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
✅ Handle multiple fare types, including VFR and ITX.
✅ Be well-versed with airline codes & city codes.
✅ Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
✅ Have knowledge of reputed Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
✔ Experience: 2 - 4 years in the travel industry.
✔ Language: Must be fluent in Bengali.
✔ Flexibility: Available to work UK shifts (till 23:30 IST).
✔ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of travel booking processes & customer handling.
✔ Skills: Customer Support, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Business Development.
