About the Role

As a Zuora Developer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in the Zuora platform, along with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, solution architecture, and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Development

✔ Deliver end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products/projects.
✔ Lead routine projects with manageable risks and resource needs.
✔ Architect, design, and implement solutions within the Salesforce and Zuora platform.
✔ Write high-quality code and follow established coding specifications.
✔ Perform requirements gathering to ensure business objectives are met.
✔ Develop software systems, enhancements, and new products.
✔ Prepare and install solutions by determining system specifications and programming.

Zuora Expertise & Integration

✔ In-depth understanding of Zuora platform, APIs, and Zuora Admin.
✔ Expertise in Product Catalog, Charge Models, Invoice Template Creation, Payments, and Billing Runs.
✔ Proficient in subscription lifecycle management (create, update, renew, cancel, etc.).
✔ Experience in integrating Zuora with Salesforce, Payment Gateways, Tax Systems, and eCommerce platforms.
✔ Hands-on experience in Zuora Workflow to automate and enhance existing workflows.
✔ Develop and manage Zuora configurations, integrations, and data flows.

Process & Automation

✔ Manage mass creation, updates, and deletions of multiple objects.
✔ Perform reconciliations and troubleshooting for month-end processes.
✔ Automate Zuora deployment processes.
✔ Utilize ZOQL (Zuora Query Language) for data retrieval and updates.

Stakeholder Management & Documentation

✔ Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and manage expectations.
✔ Translate complex technical details into clear, non-technical language.
✔ Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and test plans.
✔ Provide training and support to end-users on Zuora functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education: Master’s/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
???? Experience: 5-7 years of experience in software development, with 3-5 years in Zuora development.

???? Technical Skills Required:
✔ Strong knowledge of Zuora functionalities (billing, payments, and subscription management).
✔ Experience in Zuora APIs, developer tools, and Postman.
✔ Familiarity with automation technologies and Agile/Scrum environments.
✔ Proficiency in integration with eCommerce, payment gateways, and data analytics platforms.
