Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced M365 Support Engineer to manage and administer the M365 environment, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the M365 suite. This includes services such as Email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Automate/Apps, Viva suite, and more. The engineer will play a key role in resolving technical issues and collaborating with IT teams to maintain the M365 ecosystem for global operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration & Support: Provide day-to-day administration and Level 3 support for M365 suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, etc.).

  • Incident Management: Handle Level 3 escalations, major incident participation, resolution, and root cause analysis.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the health and performance of M365 services and apps, create tools (Powershell/Graph scripts) for proactive issue identification.

  • Implement Updates & Features: Implement new features and updates to M365 services, ensuring adherence to technical change management procedures.

  • Security & Compliance: Conduct security assessments, implement measures to protect user data, and work with Information Security teams to prioritize security needs.

  • Documentation: Build and maintain technical documentation, including M365 configuration, troubleshooting procedures, and security guidelines.

  • User Support & Training: Provide guidance to users and build training content for efficient use of M365 tools.

  • Stay Updated: Stay current with M365 updates, roadmap, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

  • Shift Support: Work in rotated shifts to provide 24x7 support for M365 services.


Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: B. Tech in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience administering and supporting M365 for a large global workforce.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Configuration and support of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.

    • Proficiency in managing Office, Outlook, and Teams client apps.

    • Knowledge of secure protocols and compliance standards.

    • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • Administration and support of Groups, Forms, OneNote, Whiteboard, Project, Viva Suite, Loop.

  • Experience with AD/AAD, MS Graph API, MS Purview, Teams Telephony, Intune, and M365 license management.

  • Familiarity with Service Now for incident management.

  • Experience in Migrations (M365/SPO/Exchange Online).

  • Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator expert or certifications in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
