Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, develop, and maintain voice recognition and NLP models.
✔ Process real-time audio with minimal latency.
✔ Optimize and fine-tune voice AI algorithms for accuracy, speed, and reliability.

???? Collaboration & Integration
✔ Work with cross-functional teams to integrate voice AI solutions into products.
✔ Stay updated on latest advancements in voice AI and machine learning.

???? System Optimization & Documentation
✔ Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve voice AI system issues to ensure high performance and scalability.
✔ Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

???? Mentorship & Best Practices
✔ Mentor junior engineers and guide them on best practices in voice AI development.

Required Qualifications

???? Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in voice AI engineering or a related domain.

???? Technical Skills:
✔ Programming Languages: Python, Java, or C++.
✔ Machine Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
✔ Speech Recognition Technologies: Kaldi, CMU Sphinx, Google Speech API.
✔ Audio Processing Libraries: DeepFilterNet, and related tools.
✔ Signal Processing & Feature Extraction: Strong understanding of audio processing techniques.

✔ Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
