We are looking for a PhD Supervisor to join our team. The role involves developing and delivering course materials and lectures for PhD students, as well as supervising and mentoring them in their research projects. The PhD Supervisor will play a key role in the academic and research activities of the department.
Develop and deliver course materials and lectures for PhD students.
Supervise and mentor PhD students in their research projects.
Assess and grade students' work.
Provide guidance and feedback on students' progress.
Lead and coordinate research and education activities within the department.
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement new research projects.
Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
Contribute to the development of the department's strategic plan.
Act as a liaison between the department and external organizations.
A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or other related fields in pharmacy.
A strong track record of research and publications in the field of pharmacy.
Experience in supervising and mentoring doctoral students.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
