We are looking for organized and reliable Tutors to join our team. The role involves teaching, student engagement, and academic support. The ideal candidate should be proactive in learning operations, handling queries, and assisting with documentation.
???? Teaching & Student Engagement:
Prepare lesson materials, grade assignments, and manage classroom activities.
Deliver interactive and personalized instruction to students.
Plan and implement educational activities and events.
Use visual/audio aids to facilitate learning.
???? Academic Support & Documentation:
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback & reports.
Maintain records of attendance, incidents, and student performance.
Ensure classroom management aligns with outlined guidelines.
???? Collaboration & Professional Development:
Communicate effectively with students, parents, co-workers, and supervisors.
Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and educational processes.
