Role Overview

We are looking for Onboarding & Support Specialists with strong attention to detail to help set up salon data into our software. This role requires accuracy and efficiency, as you will work with customer-facing products and services data.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, requiring data entry, customer support, and onboarding expertise.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Client Onboarding & Support

Own the end-to-end onboarding process for assigned clients.
Ensure smooth implementation, training, and adoption of the software.
Assist clients in setting up their salon menus and services in the software.

✔ Data Entry & Accuracy

Transcribe salon menus into Excel sheets and upload them accurately.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality while handling sensitive data.
Ensure quick response time and resolution of customer queries.

✔ Customer Interaction & Retention

Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building rapport and trust.
Identify customer challenges and help them overcome issues.
Document best practices and provide recommendations to improve user experience.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
6+ months of experience in data entry/support.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) (1 year preferred).

???? Skills & Attributes:

Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Hindi/English required).
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
