We are seeking passionate individuals for the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our CSS team. In this role, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve complex customer technical issues. This opportunity will accelerate your career growth, enhance your problem-solving, collaboration, and research skills, and deepen your technical expertise.

The role offers flexibility, with the option to work up to 50% from home.


Responsibilities:

  1. Response and Resolution:

    • Own, investigate, and resolve complex customer technical issues.

    • Act as an advisor to customers, collaborating within and across teams while leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.

  2. Readiness:

    • Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles.

    • Share knowledge through readiness programs and technical coaching.

    • Mentor and train others to deepen technical and professional proficiency for resolving complex customer issues.

  3. Product/Process Improvement:

    • Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects.

    • Help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools to improve Microsoft products.


Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field AND 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
    OR

    • 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
      OR

    • Equivalent experience.

Language Qualification:

  • English: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
