About the Role

We are seeking an L3 Support Engineer to provide technical expertise and resolve complex technical issues. This role involves working closely with product, tech, and data teams to ensure customer satisfaction and system reliability.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the highest level of technical escalation.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer inquiries via Zendesk, JIRA, and phone.

  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement fixes.

System Maintenance & Configuration

  • Configure servers and networks in a cloud environment.

  • Update database records to maintain client accuracy.

Knowledge Management

  • Document solutions to enhance self-service through internal knowledge bases.

  • Continuously improve processes through data analysis and customer feedback.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with internal business stakeholders to address platform functionality questions.

  • Provide detailed reports on technical issues and their resolutions.


Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Software Engineer.

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and server/network configurations.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
