Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer (SSE level) to join our team in Delhi (Saket). You will be responsible for responding to support tickets, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions through remote or on-site assistance. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to customer support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support tickets in a timely and professional manner

  • Contact clients to understand the nature of reported IT issues

  • Use remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer) to troubleshoot client systems

  • Propose simple, effective, and customer-friendly solutions

  • Install and upgrade software or hardware when needed

  • Provide basic training and guidance to clients

  • Maintain detailed job reports and documentation

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships


Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or desktop support roles

  • Proven application support and/or call center support experience

  • Solid understanding of remote support tools like TeamViewer

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially with complex software issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (preferably B.Tech)
