We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer who can lead technically, mentor junior developers, and contribute to scalable architecture designs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Java-based technologies, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS), with a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
Lead the technical team in end-to-end project delivery, including customer interaction and requirement analysis.
Develop scalable applications using Java, Spring, and other modern tools and frameworks.
Conduct technical discussions and meetings with clients independently.
Provide architectural and technical guidance to the team.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
Work collaboratively within Agile development teams.
Manage software deployments using CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
✅ Technical Skills:
4+ years of hands-on development experience with Java/J2EE
Proficient in Java 8+, Spring Framework, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, WebSockets, Redis
Experience in Microservices Architecture design and implementation
Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
Familiarity with Telegram APIs is a plus
Proficient in MySQL/PostgreSQL
Hands-on with Tomcat or JBoss servers
Experience with multi-threading, server-client communication, servlet programming
Good understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines
Solid grasp of Agile methodologies

Must-have experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure
