Job Title: Technical Coordinator (Elevator Modernization & Services)

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities

???? Technical Coordination:
✔ Accept elevator modernization/service requests.
✔ Plan logistics from project proposal to equipment delivery/installation.
✔ Manage and schedule service engineers and partners for modernization projects.
✔ Oversee material shipments and ensure timely delivery.
✔ Follow up on modernization proposals and client communication.

???? Project & Partner Management:
✔ Act as a liaison between the Technical Team, Global Network Team, and service partners.
✔ Schedule and coordinate technical vetting interviews for partners.
✔ Assist in vetting reports and share findings with the GN team.

???? Sales & Procurement Support:
✔ Process quotes, orders, and coordinate customer follow-ups.
✔ Use SAP Business One for order processing and tracking.
✔ Assist in preparing purchase orders, service agreements, and project documentation.
✔ Communicate with vendors to gather quotes and follow up on material readiness.

???? Administrative & Travel Coordination:
✔ Arrange domestic/international travel & visas for service engineers.
✔ Coordinate with vessels, agents, and customers for smooth service planning.
✔ Maintain records, reports, and pipeline status in SAP and Google Workspace.


Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Engineering)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical procurement, compliance, service planning, or subcontractor management (Marine, Elevator, Electrical, or Service industry preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Basic modernization quotes & order processing.
ERP Proficiency: Experience with SAP Business One (preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent English (Additional languages are a plus).
Software Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Google Workspace (Mail, Drive, Docs, etc.)
    Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building with internal/external stakeholders.
    Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, multitasking, follow-up, and time management.
    Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt, work independently, and handle high-pressure situations.
    Flexibility: Ability to work remotely and adjust to customer/partner circumstances.
