Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning: Prepare daily and long-term lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines.
Student Development: Develop students' interests, abilities, and coordination through creative activities.
Classroom Discipline: Maintain productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.
Supervision: Supervise students during breaks and in the classroom.
Assessment: Assess and evaluate students’ educational progress and abilities, while maintaining positive relationships with them.
Parent Communication: Discuss students’ progress with parents, guardians, and other professionals as necessary.
School Activities: Organize, attend, and supervise school activities such as excursions, concerts, camps, and sporting events.

Classroom Management:

Display updated materials (worksheets, class lists, timetables) on bulletin boards.
Appoint student captains for various disciplines.
Encourage students to maintain cleanliness in the classroom.
Ensure that timetables and homework schedules are visible to substitute teachers.
Prepare work plans in advance when taking leave, ensuring continuity in teaching.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate with specialization in Maths/Science/English.
Teaching Experience: 4-6 years of experience, including at least 2-3 years teaching senior grades in reputed schools.
Certification: D.Ed/B.Ed mandatory.
