Job Purpose

The Service Contract Support Specialist will be responsible for managing a designated service contract base and driving the renewal process with business stakeholders. This role involves contract lifecycle management, pricing updates, change orders, cancellations, and data quality monitoring.


Key Responsibilities

???? Contract Renewals & Pricing

✔ Create accurate pricing and documentation for assigned contracts.
✔ Ensure on-time proposals are sent to business stakeholders following GSM processes.
✔ Manage contract renewals in CRM with all necessary data and documentation.
✔ Ensure no delays/errors in contract bookings by following SOL processes.
✔ Validate contract scope and pricing changes in collaboration with Service Operations Leaders.
✔ Ensure financial approvals before issuing proposals.

???? Contract Lifecycle Management

✔ Maintain accurate and timely information in CRM for renewals.
✔ Track and process contract changes, updates, and cancellations.
✔ Monitor and improve data quality within the contract database.
✔ Ensure seamless handover of newly booked contracts from the Contract Proposal Team.

???? Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

✔ Build strong relationships with internal teams (Service Operations Leaders, Field Service Managers, GCC, ISLC, CPT).
✔ Provide weekly updates on contract renewals and key issues to the Service Contract Support Pole Lead.
✔ Escalate delays or issues immediately to ensure contract renewals stay on track.
✔ Lead weekly MOS calls with Service Contract Support Pole Lead to report progress.

???? Process Improvement & Compliance

✔ Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
✔ Utilize Power BI and SF dashboards to track and complete renewal tasks on time.
✔ Continuously learn and suggest improvements to renewal processes and tools.
✔ Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
✔ Assist in training new employees and act as a mentor under the buddy system.


Key Performance Measures

???? RNOC provided as per SLA.
???? Zero renewal cases without renewal opportunities.
???? 100% accuracy in renewal cases and welcome packet issuance.
???? PSC rejections due to CSS errors <5 per month.
???? Corrective actions <2 per year.


Skills & Qualifications

???? Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (Administrative/Technical) OR 1-2 years in Honeywell Process Solutions/LSS.
3-4 years of experience in process controls/pricing-proposal environment.
✔ Strong SFDC, CPQ, SAP, MS Excel & MS Word skills.
Mathematical & commercial awareness (Booking margins, cash flow).
✔ Experience in pricing service agreements.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
