About the Role

We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical guidance and assistance to customers using the testRigor platform. In this role, you will leverage your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues related to automated test cases and work closely with both customers and internal engineering teams.

This position offers an opportunity to engage with diverse business domains, identify and report internal bugs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a high-quality product.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Technical Guidance

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and prospects across various digital platforms.

  • Participate in technical calls with account executives to assist with customer needs.

  • Analyze and resolve customer queries and issues until fully resolved.

Test Case Automation

  • Create and automate test cases using testRigor’s platform and provided documentation.

  • Assist customers in automating and monitoring their test cases efficiently.

Collaboration & Bug Reporting

  • Collaborate with the software engineering team on QA/Testing topics.

  • Identify, document, and report bugs using a formal bug-tracking system.

  • Work with internal teams to debug and resolve issues effectively.

Communication & Documentation

  • Clearly explain technical concepts to customers and internal teams.

  • Gather requirements, design testing solutions, and provide feedback.

  • Ensure all customer and internal communication is clear, concise, and accurate.


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to resolution.

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Comfortable working during US business hours.
