The Global Accounts Receivable team is seeking a Staff Engineer to drive our modernization journey. This role will help leverage cloud-native technology to improve flexibility, scalability, and speed to market for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

???? Provide technical support to teams for delivering and maintaining cloud-native software.
???? Contribute to the architecture and delivery of solutions for the Global Accounts Receivable platform.
???? Ensure availability, scalability, observability, and performance of cloud-native systems.
???? Review and refine designs and code to align with best practices and high-quality standards.
???? Improve developer experience by implementing modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
???? Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to define solution requirements and technical approaches.
???? Establish best practices for software development and testing.

Required Qualifications

✅ 12+ years of hands-on engineering experience in complex programming environments.
✅ Strong expertise in developing large-scale enterprise applications using microservices architecture in Java.
✅ Experience in cloud-native application development and automated CI/CD pipelines.
✅ Expertise in designing and implementing Microservices and APIs.
✅ Hands-on experience with Spring Framework.

Preferred Skills (Desirable but Not Mandatory)

???? Proficiency in Golang, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, Cassandra, and PostgreSQL.
???? Experience with Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture.
???? Exposure to high-throughput, low-latency applications.
???? Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
???? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
