Role Overview

RateGain’s Adara business unit is seeking a Full-Stack Developer specializing in big data technologies, NoSQL databases, and data engineering. This role requires a passion for data-driven applications, expertise in backend development, and an ability to optimize large-scale data processing pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Data Processing & Engineering

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data pipelines.
Extract and process data from BigQuery, GCS, and external adtech systems (DSPs & SSPs).
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure smooth backend integration.

✔ Backend Development & AI Integration

Develop backend and integration layers for interactive UI dashboards to visualize campaign performance.
Work with data science teams to implement AI-based algorithms and generative AI solutions.
Optimize data-driven web applications for performance and scalability.

✔ Automation & CI/CD Implementation

Develop automated alerting and notification systems for campaign optimization.
Implement CI/CD patterns for stable software deployment and releases.

✔ Technology Research & Industry Trends

Stay updated on big data technologies and trends in adtech, digital marketing, and managed media services.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all applications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ Technical Skills:

Full-stack development experience with a focus on data-driven applications.
Strong knowledge of big data technologies & NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with DSPs and SSPs (e.g., DV360, TradeDesk).
Experience in backend development and integration.

✔ Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

IT industry experience in data engineering.
