Role Overview

As a DevOps Architect, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining DevOps practices, translating customer requirements into reference architectures, and managing multiple scrum teams to enhance automation and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps Strategy & Implementation

✔ Interpret DevOps tool/feature/component designs to develop and support implementations.
✔ Adapt and create DevOps solutions tailored to new contexts.
✔ Validate solutions with user representatives and integrate into the overall system.
✔ Assess the current state of DevOps maturity and recommend improvements.
✔ Guide clients on DevOps adoption, roadmap, and technology choices.
✔ Experiment with new designs and processes to improve efficiency.

Technical Development & Optimization

✔ Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation components.
✔ Select optimal technical solutions—reuse, improve, or reconfigure existing components.
✔ Supervise and develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Shell, Python).
✔ Configure tools and automation frameworks into the DevOps ecosystem.
✔ Optimize cost, efficiency, and quality of DevOps processes, tools, and technologies.

Leadership & Collaboration

✔ Guide DevOps Leads and Engineers to ensure best practices.
✔ Resolve architectural issues in complex, high-revenue projects.
✔ Manage multiple stakeholders and align DevOps initiatives with business goals.
✔ Support senior architects in proof-of-concept (PoC) development and technical recommendations.
