Your Role & Mission

As a Solution Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical product offerings and customer needs, ensuring seamless onboarding and integrations. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support key clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Technical Integrations & Support – Act as the technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on integrating Kayzen’s products.
✔ Client Onboarding – Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process, enabling clients to maximize their product usage.
✔ Technical Support & Debugging – Troubleshoot discrepancies in data (impressions, clicks, installs, post-installs) between Kayzen’s reports and client-side reports (MMP data).
✔ Tracker Solution Integrations – Assist with integration requests for MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava) or S2S tracker solutions.
✔ Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with Customer Success, Product Support, and Engineering to resolve client issues.
✔ Technical Documentation – Develop and maintain integration guides, troubleshooting resources, and best practices.
✔ Training & Enablement – Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge.

Required Qualifications

???? Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in Ad Tech).
???? Technical Skills – Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, APIs) and SQL.
???? Ad Tech Expertise – Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Kochava.
???? Technical Tools – Familiarity with developer tools like Postman.
???? Data Analysis – Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools.
