???? Experience: 3+ years
???? Education: BS in CS/CE/EE or related field
???? Work Model: Engineering-centric, flat structure with complete ownership of projects

Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and test engineers to analyze customer requirements, create software test plans, and validate product performance. Additionally, you will assist customer support & engineering teams in debugging and resolving escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Software & Hardware Testing

Design test network topologies to validate functionality, performance, and scalability
Execute test plans, identify defects, and validate resolutions
Debug complex issues and reproduce customer-reported problems

✅ Test Planning & Automation

Develop test methodologies & write detailed test plans
Utilize test automation tools to optimize efficiency
Participate in functional specification & software design reviews

✅ Network & Virtualization Testing

Work with network monitoring, deep packet analysis, and virtualization technologies
Test DPDK-based applications and open-source networking performance tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Proven expertise in test methodology & writing test plans
✔ Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking & network security
✔ Experience with network monitoring/packet broker solutions
✔ Hands-on expertise with:
???? Linux fundamentals & shell commands
???? Virtualization tools (vCenter, VMware ESXi/NSX, Nutanix Prism, Linux KVM)
???? Traffic generation & analysis tools (Ixia/Spirent, Wireshark, tcpdump)
???? Open-source performance test tools (Netperf, Iperf)

Additional Requirements

???? Ability to manage a remote test lab & maintain test topologies
???? Strong problem-solving & debugging skills
???? Excellent multitasking, written & verbal communication
???? "The Buck Stops Here" attitude – ownership & accountability

Bonus Skills:
✔ Experience testing DPDK-based applications
