We are seeking a Software Support Engineer to provide technical support, assist with software installations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance software performance.
✔ Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients
✔ Handle installation, configuration, and training on software products
✔ Investigate customer escalations and troubleshoot software issues
✔ Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products
✔ Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements
✔ Test current software products and identify areas for improvement
✔ Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect density and open defect counts
✔ Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical support, client demos, and proposals
✔ Travel as required for client support and training
✅ Basic knowledge of software testing and tools
✅ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✅ Good understanding of Microsoft Office and computer fundamentals
✅ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
✅ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
