Location: Delhi, Delhi (Remote Work / Frequent Travel)
Experience: 0-2 years preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

About Us:

Naadi was founded in early 2020 with a vision to digitalize and streamline the highly unorganized Home Interiors Industry. Since 2021, we have onboarded over 150 factories across India onto our platform.
We have launched Naadi Manufacturing Process Digitalization Tools aimed at solving problems around transparency, workforce dependency, and efficiency improvement in home interiors manufacturing units.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Implementation Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves deploying, configuring, and integrating our software solutions at client manufacturing sites. You will work closely with factory teams and our development teams to ensure successful implementation, provide support, and deliver training.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Deployment & Configuration: Install, configure, and integrate software solutions based on client requirements.
Client Engagement: Understand client needs, provide technical consultation, and ensure successful onboarding.
Customization & Integration: Configure software settings and integrate with third-party systems where required.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct system tests, diagnose technical issues, and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
Training & Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation, and offer post-implementation support.
Project Collaboration: Work alongside the factory team, developers, and factory owners to ensure smooth project execution.
Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to implementation workflows and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SaaS software implementation.
Prior experience in customer-facing technical roles.
