Position: Enterprise Network SDWAN/Routing Escalations Engineer

???? Experience: 4-10 years
???? Education: Master’s in Computer Science, Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related fields
???? Certifications: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE (preferred)
???? Work Mode: On-call rotation, weekend support when required

Key Responsibilities

Technical Troubleshooting & Escalation Support

  • Analyze, configure, and troubleshoot SDWAN networks with mixed routing platforms and protocols
  • Set up lab environments to replicate and resolve complex issues
  • Provide remote troubleshooting support for customers

Customer & Internal Collaboration

  • Engage with Development Engineers (DE), Dev-Test (DT), Marketing, and TAC for issue resolution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing their technical needs
  • Provide written and verbal updates to internal teams and customers

Operational Excellence & Incident Management

  • Handle incident tickets from assignment to resolution
  • Strictly adhere to ticketing processes, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotation for priority P1 support

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Expertise in IP Routing & SDWAN Technologies
Experience with Cisco platforms:

  • ASR1k, ISR4k, ENCS
  • CSR Cloud Services Router, CSP Cloud Services Platform
  • Viptela SDWAN
    Knowledge of AWS/Azure & Scripting

Soft Skills & Work Ethic

Excellent problem-solving & crisis management skills
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
