Experience: 2-5 years of implementation experience with Java/J2EE and Spring-based development.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java/Web skills (Java, Spring, Hibernate).
JavaScript (ReactJS, AngularJS), HTML5, CSS3.
Good experience with databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra.
Experience with Java EE (Web Services, REST, JPA).
Familiarity with frameworks like Spring, OSGi.
Real-time data processing/computation.
Strong experience building interfaces with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and JSON with a focus on good UX.
Contribute to architecture discussions.
Extensive knowledge of Design Patterns, JVM tuning, and Exception handling.
Solid understanding of test-driven development (TDD).
Additional Skills (Plus Points):
Experience with building infrastructure for serving front-end apps and assets.
Familiarity with automating the build process using Gradle/Maven.
Experience in developing IoT web-based applications and Web Services.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on Development: Contribute to coding and code reviews.
Collaboration: Work closely with Business Teams and other Engineering Partners to ensure the best solutions are being built.
Design Participation: Participate in the design of components and workflows.
Alignment with Standards: Collaborate with architects and Platform Engineering to ensure that designs align with overall SOA and application architecture standards.
Problem Solving: Solve problems as they arise during development.
