T-Shaped Engineering Expectation

Beyond full-stack expertise, you will embody a T-shaped engineering approach, contributing to:
✔ Testing automation
✔ User experience improvements
✔ Seamless collaboration with backend and DevOps teams
✔ Long-term scalability and performance optimization

Key Responsibilities

✔ Work in a cross-functional team to improve systems and introduce innovative technologies.
✔ Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth development and deployment.
✔ Develop new features, ensuring best practices and continuous quality improvement.
✔ Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate new tools.
✔ Define and implement best practices for feature development and system maintenance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of experience in software development.
✔ Proficiency in Java, Spring (Core/Boot/Security/MVC/Data), REST APIs, SQL, Git, Maven/Gradle, JPA, and Design Patterns.
✔ Experience with Kotlin (primary language for the services you'll handle).
✔ Strong knowledge of distributed systems.
✔ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps).
✔ Strong understanding of secure coding and static code analysis tools.
✔ Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

✔ Experience in distributed computing & enterprise-wide systems.
✔ Familiarity with Docker, microservices architecture, Spring Cloud, Redis, Python.
✔ Knowledge of AWS cloud development tools.
✔ Experience with Java 17 features.
✔ PCI compliance experience.
✔ Exposure to Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision algorithms.
