Role Overview

We are looking for Software Engineers to contribute to the development and transformation of Indeed’s billing platform. As part of our global team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing system scalability and performance while driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and maintain scalable systems for optimizing job matches and hiring processes.
✔ Architect and prototype new solutions to improve platform capabilities.
✔ Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software development.
✔ Mentor junior engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers to foster team growth.
✔ Optimize performance by improving system resource utilization.
✔ Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to drive business success.

Skills & Qualifications

✔ Education:
???? Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

✔ Experience:
???? 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, solving large-scale challenges.
???? Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer fundamentals.
???? Prior experience in building scalable systems.
???? Demonstrated ownership and responsibility in past projects.

✔ Technical Competencies:
???? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
???? Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
???? Experience in large-scale system development and optimization.
