As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop high-performance backend software that enhances identity verification accuracy, speed, and scalability. Key Responsibilities

???? Product Development (50% time) – Work on product improvements within a cross-functional team.
???? Technical Support & Customer Engagement – Be the first technical layer handling support requests and ensuring seamless mobile product integration.
???? Direct Customer Collaboration – Engage with customers to resolve issues and provide technical assistance.
???? Bridge Between Teams – Act as the interface between Mobile Engineers, Customer Success, and Clients.
???? Code Maintenance & Sample Implementations – Maintain sample code and ensure its availability for integration and support teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

???? Technical Expertise:
✅ Strong understanding of iOS and/or Android development.
✅ Keen interest in learning cross-platform frameworks.
✅ Experience applying Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
✅ Knowledge of static code analysis tools and secure coding practices.

???? Collaboration & Communication:
✅ Ability to work effectively with PMs, QA, and DevOps throughout the product lifecycle.
✅ Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills in spoken and written English.
✅ Willingness to train Solution Engineers and support teams on integrations.
