Software Engineer (Veeva Vault) – Delhi, India

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Software Engineer is to understand project requirements, adapt designs, develop, write, and implement software applications while ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new enhancements and bug fixes with high-quality coding and timely completion.
  • Provide technical analysis and solutions.
  • Ensure that technical solutions align with approved standards.
  • Adhere to SDLC/Agile Scrum processes and established software standards.
  • Analyze reported issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Maintain team standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Work under the guidance of the Technical Manager, Technical Lead, or senior staff to complete development tasks within defined cost and time constraints.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience supporting Veeva Vault applications, including administration and configuration.
  • Experience in the Veeva Lifecycle domain is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle configuration change requests related to lifecycles, workflows, security settings, objects, record types/subtypes, etc.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault applications.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL support processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of integrations and ability to collaborate with integrated teams for issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors for Veeva product releases.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
