What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

Contribute to the design and implementation of next-generation SaaS applications using a variety of technologies.
Work across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.
Take ownership of application features from design to deployment, collaborating with both internal and external teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms.
Translate functional specifications into logical, component-based technical designs.
Participate in the development, testing, and debugging phases as a versatile contributor.
Bring innovation to solve complex software problems and explore new technologies.
Collaborate with cross-geography teams and lead development of scalable services/modules.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms
Proficiency in:
- Java/J2EE
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React and other UX technologies/frameworks
Experience working with:
- AWS Services (EKS, Lambda, Kinesis, S3 preferred)
- Cloud computing concepts and NoSQL databases
- Agile tools and continuous delivery principles
Ability to design and support internet-scale software systems
Understanding of server-side design patterns and client-side optimization practices
Ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies

Soft Skills:

Self-driven, independent, and motivated team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and geographies
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Creative problem-solver with a fail-fast mindset

Qualifications:

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in software development, with a solid troubleshooting background
