What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

Take a whole-systems approach to analyze use cases, design, implement, and maintain integrated solutions using standard engineering methodologies.
Conduct day-to-day activities and resolve complex issues in your engineering domain.
Creatively test and maintain software applications and related systems using various development tools.
Lead and participate in design and code reviews.
Partner with Product teams to refine business requirements.
Collaborate with peers across regions, within and outside your direct organization.
Share domain and industry knowledge across cross-functional teams to improve engineering practices.
Advocate for operational excellence, ensuring system resilience, scalability, testing, monitoring, and alerting.
Report project status updates to leadership on high-visibility projects.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of development experience.
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience developing and delivering highly available enterprise web applications using Java, Kotlin, and Spring.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, Node.js, or React.
- Deep understanding of web platform technologies, REST and SOAP web service protocols.
- Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and multiple database/data store technologies.
- Ability to understand complex systems and explain technology choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects and guide integrations across teams.
- Ability to communicate complex information with clarity and precision.
