We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager with a passion for technology and a proven track record of growing social media channels—particularly short video platforms—from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of followers.
A background in software engineering is highly preferred to enhance collaboration with our engineering team and better understand our technical audience.
✅ Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and follower growth.
Identify trends, measure performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
✅ Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with designers and video editors to create engaging social media content.
Personally edit and post video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage content calendars and maintain consistent social media output.
✅ Workflow & Automation:
Set up and optimize social media workflows, including automating scheduling and analytics.
Integrate the latest tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
✅ Growth & Analytics:
Focus on organic growth of social media accounts, especially short video platforms.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies for better engagement and ROI.
✅ Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with engineering, creative, and product teams to align social media efforts with company goals.
Lead team initiatives to drive innovative marketing campaigns.
???? Experience:
Minimum 3 years of social media marketing experience with a successful track record in growing social media channels.
???? Technical Acumen:
Preferred background in software engineering (degree, bootcamp, or personal projects).
Familiarity with coding languages like React or Node.js is an advantage.
???? Content Skills:
Expertise in editing and posting videos with knowledge of current marketing tools.
Ability to collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
???? Operational Expertise:
Experience in setting up and managing automated workflows for social media content and calendars.
???? Communication & Collaboration:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proactive and results-driven mindset.
Prior success in scaling short video platforms.
A robust portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and growth metrics.
Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and automation.
