We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that reflects our brand’s aesthetic and values.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

✔ Develop high-quality, engaging content (photography, videography, writing, etc.)
✔ Collaborate with the design team to align content with our brand’s aesthetic
✔ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Social Media Management

✔ Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals
✔ Manage and maintain Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
✔ Create and schedule posts, stories, and reels to enhance brand engagement
✔ Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner
✔ Analyze social media performance and optimize strategy accordingly

Community Engagement

✔ Foster an engaged online community
✔ Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals
✔ Organize giveaways, contests, and interactive events to boost brand awareness

Marketing & Brand Strategy

✔ Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns
✔ Ensure content and social media strategy remain fresh and relevant
✔ Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

???? Education:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

???? Experience:
✔ 3+ years in content creation, social media management, or a related field
✔ Proven success in creating engaging content and growing online communities

???? Skills:
✔ Excellent writing, photography, and videography skills
✔ Strong knowledge of social media platforms and audience engagement
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines

???? Software Proficiency:
✔ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
✔ Social Media Management Tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
