We are launching a new initiative to help life science students transition into successful non-clinical careers by equipping them with the right skills, industry insights, and mentorship.

Our Instagram page is focused on doctors, biomedical students, and life science professionals interested in AI and entrepreneurship. We need a creative Social Media Manager to ideate and script engaging content to help us grow our platform.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility is to research Instagram trends, analyze competitor pages, and create compelling content ideas and scripts that will drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

???? Content Research & Trends – Analyze competitor pages and track Instagram trends to identify engaging content ideas.
???? Content Ideation & Scripting – Brainstorm and draft short-form content (reels, carousels, posts) on topics related to AI, healthcare, and entrepreneurship.
???? Content Planning – Assist in organizing a monthly content calendar with diverse content formats.
???? Trend Monitoring – Stay updated on viral Instagram trends and suggest new content ideas based on audience engagement.

Requirements

✔ Experience in Content Ideation & Social Media Strategy – Prior experience in Instagram content creation or management.
✔ Strong Understanding of Instagram Trends – Familiar with reels, viral content, and content strategies.
✔ Creative Storytelling & Scripting Skills – Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging short-form content.
✔ Interest in AI, Healthcare, or Entrepreneurship – A plus but not mandatory.
✔ Basic Social Media Analytics Knowledge – Optional but a bonus.
