Key Responsibilities

✅ Chatbot Development & Enhancement

Develop and implement new chatbots for various business units.
Improve conversational flows and chatbot functionalities.
Extend, modify, and maintain existing chatbot solutions.

✅ Business Analysis & Solution Recommendation

Analyze business requirements and objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend chatbot solutions for optimal user experience.
Focus on continuous improvement and operational support.

✅ Project Management & Collaboration

Work in an Agile/Scrum/DevSecOps project delivery environment.
Support incident production tickets for live chatbots.
Lead presentations, workshops, and training for colleagues worldwide.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 2+ years of experience developing enterprise-level chatbots.
✔ Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
✔ Experience with Google Dialogflow (beyond simple FAQ-based bots).
✔ Proficiency in JavaScript or Python.
✔ Passion for AI, cloud-based technologies, and chatbot development.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (copywriting experience preferred).
✔ Degree in IT or a relevant field (M.Sc/BE/MCA is a plus).
✔ Experience in troubleshooting and lifecycle product support.
