Role & Team:

As a Senior Software Developer, you will focus on delivering secure and reliable systems for our customers. You will work with a diverse team, collaborate on designing and building new features, and mentor junior team members. We use automation and the latest technologies to improve productivity, without sacrificing quality, and follow continuous improvement feedback loops.

Responsibilities:

Design and build new features by understanding requirements and discussing with the wider team.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Manage your own time as part of a self-organizing scrum team.
Help estimate the complexity of technical work.
Follow coding guidelines, best practices, and technical processes; ensure less experienced developers follow the same.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in computer sciences or engineering.
Experience: At least 5 years in C#, .NET Core, and object-oriented programming.
Skills:
- Good experience with microservice architecture and JSON REST APIs.
- Experience with WPF or XAML (advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of the defect life cycle and unit testing (xUnit, Moq preferred).
- Knowledge of version control/source code management (Git preferred).
- Experience with MariaDB or MySQL and SQL DDL (advantageous).
