Your Role & Mission

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for building and deploying ML models to enhance Apollo’s AI-driven products such as:

???? Search & Recommendations
???? Conversational AI
✍ Content Generation

Your mission is to leverage Apollo’s vast data scale to predict user behavior, optimize user experience, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop & Optimize ML Systems – Design, build, evaluate, and iterate on scalable ML models
✔ Enhance Apollo’s AI Capabilities – Improve search, recommendations, personalization, and content generation
✔ Deploy & Maintain ML Models – Manage cloud-based ML deployments efficiently
✔ Data Pipeline Development – Build scalable data pipelines to support ML workflows
✔ Automate & Monitor Systems – Implement self-healing, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms
✔ Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with stakeholders to define business problems and data-driven solutions
✔ Write Technical Documentation & Tests – Ensure high-quality, well-documented, and test-driven code

Required Qualifications

???? Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
???? 8+ years of experience building ML/AI systems
☁ Experience deploying ML models in the cloud (AWS, GCP, or similar)
???? Expertise in Fine-Tuning LLMs & Prompt Engineering
???? Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
???? Proven experience with data-driven decision-making & ML performance evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

???? PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or related field
⚙ Experience with ML Tools – Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, MLflow
???? Expertise in Advanced ML Areas – NLP, Deep Learning, Search Ranking, Speech-to-Text
