How will you make an impact in this role?

As a member of our diverse tech team, you will architect, code, and deliver software that is vital to our customers' digital lives. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy complex, large-scale enterprise applications.
Take ownership of technical aspects, including design, prototyping, and coding.
Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and technical product managers to improve the platform.
Establish best practices for code reviews, build and release processes, and retrospectives.
Enable automated, scalable application deployments for testing and production environments.
Apply industry standards to identify and resolve complex problems.
Work with leadership to define solutions and drive technical maturity across teams.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Provide people leadership to individual scrum teams, including employees and contractors.
Foster a culture of servant leadership and continuous improvement.
Drive technical improvements and maintain accountability for the team's technical maturity.
Mentor and guide team members, helping them grow in their careers.
Collaborate with the Engineering Director to recruit top talent.

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of active engineering experience, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
Proven experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade technology assets.
Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working in an Agile product environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, RESTful API development, Microservices, and BPM tools (e.g., Pega, JBPM, Camunda).
Experience with OneData, ACE workflow, case management processes, and business rules.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external partners.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
