About the Role:

As a Senior ML Engineer at Tide, you will play a key role in building scalable, efficient, and high-performance backend systems and integrating machine learning models into production. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to create solutions that drive value for our members globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end backend services.
Integrate pre-trained ML models into scalable production services.
Collaborate across departments to execute high-impact projects.
Ensure alignment of your team's roadmap with Tide’s broader architecture vision.
Take full ownership of services – you build it, you own it.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Proven experience as a Backend Python Engineer (Senior or Lead level).
Strong foundation in software engineering principles (OOP, SOLID).
Hands-on experience with Python frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Proficient in REST API development and integration.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and AWS.
(Preferred) Experience with Databricks, Kafka, or ML feature store solutions.
