Job Overview

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer in Global Commercial Services Tech, you will play a key role in developing and deploying AI/ML models to solve business-critical problems. You will be part of a fast-paced team that utilizes cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain AI/ML models for business problem-solving.
Build, integrate, and optimize AI/ML solutions in batch and real-time environments.
Ensure seamless integration of ML models into applications and workflows.
Maintain excellent documentation, including data dictionaries, model documentation, and code documentation.
Optimize and write complex SQL queries and data pipelines; experience with NoSQL is a plus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing systems.
Leverage Big Data technologies, preferably using Google Cloud Stack and PySpark.
Work with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines to enhance development efficiency.
Ensure compliance with AI/ML governance in regulated industries.
Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative AI-driven solutions.
Utilize UNIX/Linux commands as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including:
- Classical Machine Learning
- Generative AI
- LangChain
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Framework
Strong Python programming skills for AI/ML software development.
Expertise in ML algorithms, software architecture, and AI frameworks.
Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Preferred:

Experience with Big Data ecosystems using Google Cloud Stack and PySpark.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of AI/ML governance in regulated industries.
Experience with UNIX/Linux commands.
